POSITION DESCRIPTION:
You will work for one of the leading Swedish ventilation control inspecting company. They are helping private and public real estate companies in Sweden to book experienced professionals for mandatory ventilation control inspection and energy declarations. First of all, the company will train you about ventilation control in-depth. After training, you will be the first contact point of customers answering inquiries. Also, you will schedule appointments with customers and inspectors and prepare the documentation. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily communication with customers (via email and phone).
Scheduling appointments for ventilation control inspection with clients and inspectors.

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for all areas relating to finance, providing financial services to Scandinavian clients. YOUR DUTIES:
Overall responsible for the accounting section and supervision of accountants (accounts payable, accounts receivable and costs, etc.).
Regular review and follow-up of the client’s financial statements.
Managing the portfolio of different Scandinavian companies.
Preparing periodical financial reports.
Filling in tax returns (CIT, VAT etc.).
Constantly reviewing current processes with the view of how to make it more efficient.
Communication with auditors.
